Post his senior secondary schooling, Indrabhuwan qualified in the medical entrance examination for semi-autonomous Medical College Bharti Vidyapeeth but unfortunately due to lack of financial support, he had to drop his ambition of being a medical doctor. But such stumbling block in life did not ruin the dreams of being successful for Indra. He decided to excel, if not in medical, in any other part of life that will come on his way. He used determination, persistence and belief in his ability to go beyond being a common man, to unleash a course of amazing achievements including being currently the CEO of MeTL Agro Limited.

Indrabhuwan is committed to motivating and training today’s generation to be achievers and leaders as he conducts frequent empowerment sessions for them. Personal Profile of Indrabhuwan Kumar Singh

Indrabhuwan has completed his graduation from College of Agriculture, Pune and passed out in 2004 and did MBA in Agribusiness from IABM, Bikaner in 2007. He is having more than a decade corporate and green fieldwork experience which includes his working with one of India’s famous Agri company ‘Godrej Agrovet’. Godrej Agrovet Limited is an Indian animal feed and agribusiness company and is a highly diversified company backed by strong research and development. The company holds a leading market position in poultry processing, animal feed, oil palm plantations and Agri inputs.

In 2011, Indrabhuwan got an opportunity to work with a company in Nigeria, West Africa. Despite negative views of friends and family members that Nigeria is not a safe location to continue life as an expat, Indrabhuwan trusted his hopes and commitment given to the company, hence decided not to step back.

In 2013, Indrabhuwan joined MeTL Agro part of MeTL Group in Tanzania, one of the biggest conglomerates in East Africa as a CEO, and established the business of Fertilizer and Tractor operations from scratch, making it a successful division of the group within a very short span of time. Indrabhuwan is very much touched and influenced by his Senior Hon’ble Mohammed Dewji, one of the respected names in the African Continent. Indrabhuwan believes to have learned too many positive things from Mr Dewji, like his humbleness, down to earth approach in resolving issues, cool & calm personality in all situations, being him very disciplined and organized.

Of the past 14 years of experience, his last 7 years have been focused on learning and development for the Companies, especially motivating fresher’s/trainees and hence has been known as the famous Business Motivator in Tanzania.
